Octapull is a real-time video-based collaboration solution that brings together remote interviews, field operations, digital channel management, and enterprise communication scenarios within a single platform. In this project, active contributions were made to strengthening the real-time communication backbone, improving performance under load, and enhancing operational modules that supported daily business workflows.

The goal was not simply to build a product that could handle video calls. The real objective was to create a platform suitable for enterprise use—reliable under high concurrency, manageable in production, scalable over time, and truly valuable for operational teams in day-to-day usage. To achieve this, broad improvements were delivered across both frontend and backend layers.
